Vitamin L and Vitamin F

Wow.  I feel so blessed and fulfilled today (if a little tired).  What an amazing weekend!  Our first Living on Purpose retreat of the season was a rousing success…so much Fun and full of so much Love.  That is, Vitamin F and Vitamin L.  Two very critical nutrients that you just can’t acquire via food or supplements.  They are indeed essential nutrients – things the body cannot manufacture without your regular, consistent help.  And also nutrients without which we cannot thrive.  Sure, we can survive without regular, daily doses of Fun and Love.  But we must have them if our goal is not just to survive but rather to thrive.

Be sure you are making time to give yourself big doses of Vitamin F and Vitamin L.  Not just for your physical mental health.  Your physical well-being depends on it too.  I hope you enjoy this week’s recipe – a fun treat we made during a cooking demo on the retreat.
