Welcome to Issue 52 of our Newsletter

morning sunshine

I love you folks!  Over the past three days, several dozen of you emailed me about a fascinating editorial from the New York Times magazine – one that I simply have to share.  It’s an inspiring store of a little boy suffering from arthritis.  And his mother’s journey in learning the difference between conventional medicine’s approach to “managing” it vs.  the “alternative” approach of fixing the root cause of the inflammation and simply making it go away.  As you well know, this is my passion!  Woohoo – it is so exciting to see heartfelt testimony about the interconnectedness of the body featured in widely-read publications.  This is absolutely the future of medicine.  It’s just perhaps going to take a little while to become mainstream.   But the early steps are truly wonderful to see!

Kick off your new year with some fun food alternatives and nutrition myth-busting.  Join us for my next walking nutrition tour of Whole Foods Market in Framingham, MA on Tuesday, March 5th at 7pm.  It seems like a long way off, but this tour will fill up quickly!  Free of charge, but you must call the store directly to reserve a spot ((508-628-9525)

Eat on purpose.  Live on purpose.  Be your own Valentine!

Be well,
