Happy Delicious Summer!  I hope you are savoring every moment this year.

During these “dog days” of summer, I want to share some important lessons I have learned from one of my pups:  Sam.  A lazy summer afternoon is the perfect time to take stock on what you might be denying yourself during the rest of the year.  Never underestimate the power of small creatures to make you laugh and bring your attention back to what matters most.

Always be sure to start the day with a healthy breakfast.  Even if you’re busy, whip up a smoothie.

Back to School is right around the corner and, with it, our Awesome Autumn Cleanse! Every autumn for years, I have completed a 10-day, inflammation-busting cleanse.
