Welcome to Issue 60 of our Newsletter

Wow – there’s so much wonderful news I want to share with you!

First of all, Purpose is expanding.  Many of you know that my individual practice has been full (with a closed waiting list) for nearly a year.  This is a business blessing, for sure, but it has been my ongoing intention to be able to help more and more people find true wellness. Well, behind the scenes, I have been personally educating and training two wonderful health coaches for over two years.  They are top-notch practitioners with tremendous experience, and as a team, we will be able to work with many more clients.  I’ll save their introductions for next month’s issue, but I just had to share my excitement right now!  (Plus, it’s my birthday this weekend, so I tend to get pretty revved up anyway.)

MountainTop view sunsetI am also delighted to introduce Live-on-Purpose Retreats 2014.  In September and October, consider joining us in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains to relax, reflect, get rejuvenated, and have some Fun!  These four-day retreats for women are perfect opportunities for unbridled self-care, to be nurtured and nourished by yours truly and a wonderful team of practitioners.

Whether your passion is hiking, yoga, massage, cooking classes, or gazing lazily at this view from a gently swaying hammock, our goal is to make your experience unforgettable.  While waiting to complete my own center, I can’t wait to share with you the luxurious accommodations at MountainTop Estate.  More details to come next month!

In the short-term, I hope you join us for some Purpose spring events.  After so many requests for it, I’m please to offer again the very popular seminar:  “Staying Slim, Spirited, Strong, and Sexy: Serious Myth-Busting about Women’s Vitality” on April 3rd.  You may also plan now to join us for the Ultimate Spring Cleanse; as you know, these fill up very quickly, so we’re opening registration early.  And my next Walking Nutrition Tour of Whole Foods Market in Framingham will be Sunday, March 2nd at 2:30pm.

Be well!
