Seeing these daffodils are a welcome sign of Spring

Woohoo – Happy Spring!

Here in North Carolina, daffodils are up, standing tall, with buds opening as I type.  My window is open, and the breeze is actually warm.  I even hiked up the mountain with the dogs this morning without a coat.  It’s such an exciting time of change, growth, and bright green opportunity.  A fresh start.  It’s also the perfect time of year to expand my counseling practice to a team approach.  I am so excited!  It’s my true delight to introduce two excellent health coaches who join Purpose this spring:  Dainna Pearlman and Lisa Vasile.  You may learn more about these wonderful women here; both are experienced practitioners whom I have been training and personally mentoring for over two years.  I will continue to complete all the initial consultations for new clients, and we will provide session work to meet your goals as a team.  We have started a new waiting list for these services; if you would like to be placed on the list, please let us know.

In the short-term, please don’t miss my Women’s Vitality seminar on April 3rd:  Staying Slim, Spirited, Strong, and Sexy.  This is serious myth-busting about women as we age…belly fat, libido, digestion, hormones, and how to Keep Feeling Fantastic.  It’s a perfect overview of surprising, critical wellness concepts for any woman age 40 or older.  Join us!  (Note we are filling up quickly, and this is the only time this program will be offered in 2014; it will be recorded for those registered but not available on the live date.)

Eat on Purpose.  Live on Purpose.  Be well.
