Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness as we focus 100% on your individual goals and unique needs. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

  • Detailed, customized research to support your unique health concerns and goals
  • Two, one-hour sessions per month for three months or more (held via phone or video conference using Skype)
  • E-mail support between sessions as needed
  • Handouts, Books, and Tools as needed to support your progress
  • A semi-monthly newsletter full of additional health and wellness tips and data
