- Detailed, customized research to support your unique health concerns and goals
- Two, one-hour sessions per month for three months or more (held via phone or video conference using Skype)
- E-mail support between sessions as needed
- Handouts, Books, and Tools as needed to support your progress
- A semi-monthly newsletter full of additional health and wellness tips and data
